Who controls your data
EURL GM FOOD processes information submitted through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to commercial@gmfoodexport.com.
Contact and quote requests
We collect your name, company, country, business email, product interest, estimated quantity and message so we can assess and answer your commercial request. Processing is based on the consent given with the form and steps requested before a possible business relationship.
Website analytics
We record aggregate page path, language, referrer domain, screen width, date and a server-derived country. We do not use analytics cookies, persistent device identifiers or third-party trackers. Raw IP addresses are not stored. A secret-salted anonymous visitor value changes every day.
Retention and recipients
Lead records are retained for the period configured by GM FOOD, currently up to 730 days, unless they must be kept longer for an active commercial or legal matter. Access is limited to authorized GM FOOD administration and necessary hosting or email providers.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, a portable CSV copy, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Security and international access
Administrative access is authenticated and website traffic should be protected with HTTPS in production. Where a service provider processes data outside your country, GM FOOD will use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
